Motion Node v1.8
Overview
Motion Node is a node-based motion system for Blender that brings the simplicity and flexibility of MoGraph from Cinema 4D into Blender’s workflow. Designed for animators and motion designers, it integrates with Blender’s Geometry Nodes system to enable procedural animation and motion control without requiring traditional keyframe animation.
The system lets you create complex, repeatable motion effects by building node graphs that define how objects move, rotate, and deform. This approach is particularly useful for creating motion graphics, particle systems, and abstract animations where procedural control offers more flexibility than manual keyframing.
Version 1.8 represents the current iteration of this tool, allowing artists to leverage node-based thinking for motion design tasks within Blender’s native Geometry Nodes environment.
