Blender Procedural Landscape Shader
Overview
This course covers a procedural landscape shader designed for Blender 4.3. The shader is compatible with Cycles Experimental and Eevee rendering engines, with Eevee users able to adjust settings as needed for optimal results. A tutorial video walks through the implementation and usage of the shader system.
The procedural approach allows you to generate landscape materials and terrain textures algorithmically within Blender’s shader editor, reducing the need for external textures or manual painting. This makes it suitable for artists looking to create varied natural environments quickly and efficiently.
